Join us for this six-week Embodiment Series aimed at assisting participants in unlocking buried emotions from their past. You will also learn to feel, name, and express current emotions. Join us each Wednesday evening from 7:00 - 8:30pm, classes begin January 11th and run through February 15th. By learning to gain a felt-sense awareness of emotions held within your physical body, you can start to learn to feel and express emotions in a clean and effective way. These practices provide participants more tools to be in a dynamic relationship with their emotions as opposed to either repressing or being overrun by strong feelings.
