We often hear from those in our community that these embodiment practices are changing their lives! We absolutely love having you join us for classes and retreats, but one of the most potent ways to allow this work to transform you is to build an at-home practice. We have found those committing to a 30-minute breathwork and/or bioenergetics practice 5 days a week for 6 weeks feel ENTIRELY different. This work restores not only our nervous system, but allows us to remember our essential nature, retrain breath patterns, and create more easeful transitions from our survival states back to our vital states.
Participants will have an opportunity in class to share what is coming up for them as they grow their at-home practice. By committing to a consistent at-home embodiment practice, you will be rewarded with more spaciousness and freedom in your body, mind, and life. No prior experience is needed; just bring your body, breath, yoga mat, loose clothing and the willingness to dig deep within yourself.
