Friday, September 13th, 8:30am - 6:00pm
At the core of boundaries is a deep sense of self honoring. When you can clearly define your personal boundaries, you gain clarity about your internal truths and claim a profound sense of wholeness.
Understanding your personal boundaries is a key developmental stage that so many of us have distortions around. Your boundaries may have been breached at a very young age, leaving you without a sense of where you end and another person begins. Having soft boundaries may leave you feeling overwhelmed, stressed and frustrated. Without strong boundaries, you may neglect time for relaxation, self-care, and pursuing personal interests. Additionally, your familial and social relationships can become burdensome and unsatisfying.
You’ll leave this retreat with a strong sense of both internal and external boundaries. Your internal boundaries are related to your thoughts, feelings and sense of Self. You enact internal boundaries when you practice self-regulation and self-protection. External boundaries are established when you practice communicating and implementing your internal boundaries.
