Office Space for Rent

Sublet an office at The Vitalist Institute

We are a community of like-minded practitioners. Our office is located at 1324 Lake Drive SE, Unit 4 (lower level) in Grand Rapids, MI. Our current renters consist of therapists, somatic healers, naturopaths, and breathwork practitioners. We have several offices for rent. There is a waiting room and kitchenette that we keep stocked with tea for tenants and guests. 

We also have a newly renovated studio that is 32x28 ft. with beautiful wood laminate floors. This space is available for rent at a discounted rate for tenants. This includes chairs, yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters.

The building provides free parking.

While each renter will retail their own business, our preference is to have businesses that are in the health and wellness industry. Our vision for the space is to provide a safe and supportive environment for practitioners to serve their clients skillfully, ethically, and intentionally in a way that also best serves this growing community.
