Join the founders of the Vitalist Institute, Micah Mclaughlin and Leah Grace, for this breath and body-centered ceremony.

In this ceremony, you will enter into a non-ordinary state with the help of breathwork and ceremonial cacao. By entering this state of being, participants will be guided through a process to melt away the congestion in their physical, mental, and energetic bodies.

The ceremony concludes with a sound bath - you’ll be immersed in a vibrational song of crystal bowls, gongs, guitar, drums and other percussion.

This ceremony of returning back to your essential self creates new pathways of finding ease and vitality in your body and life.

Wear comfy clothes and bring your yoga mat, a favorite blanket and a water bottle. You can also bring a journal if you’d like to record your experience following the ceremony! We’ll hold space for you to integrate and process.

No experience is necessary, just a willingness and curiosity is all that is required.
