We will host a Zoom gathering on August 2nd for those who would like more information about the application process and the school itself. You're not required to enroll if you attend the Zoom meeting - it's a casual presentation followed by Q & A.

If so the Vitalist School exists to provide a deep and full-bodied transformational experience for practitioners, coaches, counselors, bodyworkers or anyone with a commitment to creating more consciousness in the world.

Vitalist school offers an integration of multiple proven methods for working with developmental trauma. We believe in beautifully weaving together techniques combining top-down and bottom-up approaches to ensure embodied healing and lasting transformation with clients.

Breathwork, somatic, and non-ordinary state work (Bottom-up approaches) are rapidly gaining popularity as people experience the profound and life changing impacts due to the depths of the subconscious that can be accessed. Yet, this work, without the organizing framework of trauma-informed techniques, talk therapy, and therapeutic maps (top-down approaches) can be disorienting.
