Michael Rocque and Leah Grace will be hosting a Sound Bath after the Sunday service on July 30th from 12:30 - 1:30pm.

Each person will be invited to rest supine on a yoga mat or be seated in a comfortable position. Blankets and eye masks provide additional comfort which deepens the experience.

After a brief guided meditation, the room is filled with a myriad of sounds, frequencies and vibrations that are created by a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including gongs, harmonium, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes and various percussion instruments.

This immersive experience resonates through your entire being and results in deep comfort and a sense of wellbeing. The sound bath will be held at the Unity Spiritual Community of Grand Rapids, 2965 Wycliff Dr. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask and a water bottle.
