Can you hear that? That whisper deep inside of you? It’s quiet and soft, yet crystal clear in its longing for a voice.

This is the sacred feminine calling out. This divine wisdom is the feminine aspect of universal energy. In other words, it is the GODDESS energy that resides within all of us - and it always has. This isn’t something we must strive and struggle to possess. This energy is innate. With each inhalation and exhalation the sacred feminine expands and contracts with our very being. 

We've created a generation of women who are burned out. For generations our society has undervalued the power of the sacred feminine wisdom. Softness has been suppressed and silenced, while the more masculine qualities of productivity, getting things done & forward movement have been valued and praised. 

In this ceremony we will use mindful movement, guided meditation, art journaling, breathwork, Cacao and vibrational sound immersion to help us hear the whisper of the sacred feminine, connect with her and bring her into balance with our whole being. Recovering the sacred feminine will radiate into our identities, our relationships, our work and our creativity.
