EmbodyGR Breathwork + Sound Bath (OFFSITE)

Join Embody GR Team Teacher, Leah Grace, on Monday, February 5th at Fountain Street Church for the her first Embody GR session of 2024. Leah will lead you through a guided meditation followed by embodied movement and breathwork. The session will conclude with an integrative sound bath filled with gongs, crystal singing bowls and chimes that will help you enter a deep state of relaxation and ease.

Leah Grace is the co-founder of The Vitalist Institute and one of the head instructors at the Vitalist School of Psychospiritual Transformation. Learn more about Leah HERE.
