Join Embody GR Team Teacher, Leah Grace, on Monday, September 11th at Fountain Street Church for the her second Embody GR session of 2023. Leah will lead you through a guided meditation followed by breathwork. The session will conclude with an integrative sound bath filled with gongs, crystal singing bowls and chimes that will help you enter a deep state of relaxation and ease.
