Deliverance
In the summer of 2021 I was told in a ceremony to choose 4-6 brilliant women who are here to make an impact in the world, and to take them on a journey. That our work together would be so intimate that we would in fact be delivering each other.

Dear Soul Sister,
I see you. A brilliant woman, ripe with so many gifts, yearning to experience your fullest potential yet something is still holding you back. You have tried so many thing and yet you know that in order to have the breakthrough you desire,
you need an entirely new path.
To embark on the path of deliverance is to let a part of yourself die for the emergence of who you were always meant to be. You will face your shadow and reclaim your authenticity, power, and freedom. This will be the hardest, most sweet and sacred thing you have ever done.

What’s Included
One on One Sessions
This journey can be intense. Having a guide who sees and supports you is invaluable. These sessions provide a safe space for you to explore your own inner workings.
Sacred Breathwork Journeys
These sacred gatherings of 4-8 people will be spent setting intentions using sacred rituals to offer a deeper integration of the work you will be doing.
Two Breathwork Ceremonies
Every month we offer a Breathwork, cacao, and sound bath ceremony at our studio in Eastown. 2 sessions are included with this program.
One Private Intensive
A private intensive is an opportunity to go to the deepest levels of your healing journey. For this session, we will be working together over a 20 hour period addressing areas where you feel the most stuck.
Women’s Wilderness Quest
We have lost the sacred rituals of performing rights of passages. This 5-Day journey will mark a major milestone in your life as you and 5 other women journey into the wilderness of Colorado.
3-Day Medicine Ceremony
This is what we will be spending our time together preparing for. You have cleaned out the cobwebs, you have build up your capacity. Now it is time to dismantle your ego.
